She has led global brand collaborations, negotiated major partnerships, managed teams, and worked across industries that connect creativity with business.
Her background gives her a broad understanding of leadership, from talent management and brand building to business operations and executive strategy.
Through Nice Partners, Pia brings this range into every engagement, combining business knowledge, creative insight, and steady, informed direction.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

919 Studios is the television, film, and original IP division of Nice Partners, supporting projects across scripted, unscripted, documentary, and short-form storytelling. The studio focuses on development, creative producing, and human-centered production support across both internal work and select external collaborations.
Grounded in more than a decade of experience in entertainment, performance, authorship, and global creative environments, 919 Studio develops its own projects while remaining open to contributing to aligned productions in development and active production phases.
